Smart Images currently lists all prices excluding VAT unless otherwise stated as we primarily sell to business customers. Any discounts shown apply to the ex. VAT price of the relevant product. Prices inclusive of VAT are shown on every product page.

Prices do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may vary according to the value, volume or weight of products ordered and the destination country they are being shipped to. Charges will be made clear at checkout before your order is finalised and any payment is taken. See Delivery Charges and Tracking My Order.

Published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice. Changes in price do not affect orders already placed for which payment has already been taken. If there is any increase in the price of a product or change of specification, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

All products are sold subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered where the item has been unintentionally listed at an incorrect price or where we are unable to obtain further supplies of that item from our vendors.

Smart Images, Smart Applications Company Ltd and its representatives do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose; therefore it is imperative that you check the product specifications before ordering.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Under distance selling regulations all customers have a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of goods, within which they are entitled to cancel an order and return the item(s) for a full refund. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Products received by Electronic Delivery (ESD) cannot be returned or refunded.

To comply with certain manufacturers’ agreements and government regulations, Smart Images reserves the right to refuse to export certain products from the United Kingdom to some countries.

Claims for damage and shortages should be made as soon as possible following receipt of goods and within a reasonable period of time. Standard warranty procedures apply for claims of non-functionality – most products come with a 12 month manufacturer’s return-to-base warranty, unless otherwise stated. Smart Images is not responsible for ensuring safe delivery of a returned item.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
