UK Delivery: within 1-2 working days, although majority will arrive the Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) £5.95. Cost per order, not per item.
International Delivery (outside UK): £15.95, please allow 3-10 days (depending on location).
Electronic Delivery (downloadable software license): Free delivery of software license key via email, please allow up to 24 hrs to receive this.
Free Shipping: From time to time we may offer free shipping as a promotion for a certain period of time, this will be calculated automatically during checkout.
We reserve the right to impose a carriage surcharge on certain bulky items, including monitors and printers, on overseas deliveries, or where the destination address is outside our normal areas. You will be informed by email if your order has attracted a surcharge and given the opportunity to agree to the additional carriage cost or to cancel your order.
Deliveries to certain countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import.
Returns
If your item is faulty, please send an email to support@smartimages.com , if the fault is verified, we will then issue you with a RMA Number so that we can replace the item. We cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have an RMA.
We do not accept returns of special purchase items, software licences, consumables or opened software unless it is faulty.
If you change your mind we may take goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
