How much is UK Shipping?
We offer 2 types of UK Shipping:
UK Express costs £7.95, this is guaranteed next working day delivery (if ordered by 4pm)
UK Standard costs £4.95, shipping time takes 2-4 working days.

Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes, please send an email to info@smartimages.com requesting a PayPal invoice with details of the product you want to purchase. 

Do you charge a fee for using credit cards?
No, we do not pass on charges to our customers. 

Can you help with training?
Yes, we can arrange training on the phone or in person, call for more information. 

How much is shipping outside of UK?
For all orders under 2kg to Europe the cost is £11.95, Worldwide this is £15.95. For heavy items over 2kg please see our Shipping Page.

What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your order, we will happily take this back as long as it remains in the wrapping up to 28 days after purchase. We cannot accept opened goods.

What if my product has a fault?
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your product please send an email to our support team support@smartimages.com We will then be able to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
